این نوع دربها عمدتا در بیمارستانها جهت جداسازی بخش ها از یکدیگر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و جهت سهولت در رفت و آمد بصورت دو طرف باز شو (بادبزنی) ساخته میشود . صفحات درب از ورق گالوانیزه رنگی یا ورق فولادی(st12) به ضخامت 0/7 الی 1 میلیمتر میباشد .
مواد تزریقی داخل درب از مواد فوم پلی اورتان با مقاومت حرارتی ، بدون تغییر شکل تا دمای 250 درجه سانتیگراد می باشد ، قفل غلطکی مرغوب جهت لنگه متحرک و قفل کلنگی جهت لنگه ثابت و نصب شیشه دید در ارتفاع 140 سانتیمتر برای هر دو لنگه درب و نصب استیل جهت جلوگیری از آسیب درب هنگام تردد برانکارد در قسمت وسط و پایین درب استفاده میشود .
